Penelope ★★★★★

The lamé fabric really does shimmer when my daughter spins around in it, which she now does roughly every five minutes. The black lining keeps it from itching her neck, so she'll actually wear it for a full afternoon of stomping around the yard.

David B. ★★★★★

My 4-year-old refused to take this off after Halloween — the black polycotton lining is what sold me, no itchy complaints all night. The hood stays up on its own too, which was a nice surprise during trick-or-treating.

Henry ★★★★★

The lamé fabric really does shimmer when my kid runs around the yard, and the hood stays up without slipping. The black lining feels soft against his neck, no itching complaints so far.
